My mom looked at it and went ‘huh’? What is this? Sometimes I chuckle the fact that my mom still does not get this ‘artistic’ side of me.

I totally loved this ‘gadget’! Packaged together, the sponge accessories can be separated to a bangle and also a ring… and if you want more variety, you can remove the black bits too. Ingenious! Love these things… think I’ll be super hyper in Tokyo… Pei Pei has already warned me……….

Embracing the Moment

I’ve never been a huge Bon Jovi fan (unlike Lee Kiah – who is always raving about him… now its GEM, ha)

But remember feeling really down last year and was just discouraged. Stumbled upon this song and it made a WHOLE lot of sense. Looking back, am glad to have moved on lots since last year… and just embracing each moment and moving on…

Baked Fish in White Wine

Heh – another weekend creation (but this was two weeks ago)

One of the ways I cook is to

1) find out what’s available in the fridge

2) google related terms – in this case : white wine + fish.

3) pick the most suitable recipe(s) and modify it

With Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter these few days, feel a deep sense of gratitude. In the midst of the reflection, one word stands out.

‘Give’.

Our lifes. Not just to keep. But Give.

Am reminded of one my favourite Social Campaigns – Join Red.

Love it also because it is relevant to our lives. Through fashion, music, utilities… which we all consumer… through that we can make that extra bit of difference. I want to.

Am looking forward to an upcoming trip to an orphanage overseas… and also when my current ipod nano reaches its end, I’ll get the (RED) one

Just love it! Its simple, classic and contrasting. Glad it’s in fashion now… hoping to pick up a few pieces.
