Ok ok… I didn’t pen down the 25 random things about me note that was circulating in Facebook. To make up for it, here’s my 15 (will think of 10 more…)
1. I used to be an idealist cynic. Am now trying to be an optimist realist.
2. I am an organised indie who is both analytical and artsy, practical and philosophical (I read the likes of the Economist and Frankie)
3. I like contrasts (if you haven’t noticed yet).
4. I secretly like Chinese pop (Ok, now that’s not much a secret now). I like Jazz and Funk too. Latin Jazz.
5. I want to visit Brazil do the samba, take photos in Cuba, cruise in Greece before I die.
6. I love variety. I think I can travel all my life. I hope to travel all my life. I think I need to travel all my life.
7. I can’t forget the poverty and pain I’ve seen in my travels.
8. I am a design and arts aficiando who loves roaming exhibitions and museums (and secretly wishing for my own exhibition)
9. I love egg tarts. I also love food styling more than cooking (or cooking more than food styling… still can’t decide…)
10. I have all colours of the rainbow in my wardrobe but orange and green are my faves. I like wearing black and white too… (back to contrasts).
11. I love floral patterns.
12. I have a soft spot for retro design, especially furniture and textiles.
13. I love watching movies. Pixar! Animation. French. Indie. Quiet. Reflective. Musicals. Does not like Sci-Fi.
14. I take abstract photos. Not everybody understands or appreciates them. But I love it!
15. I would love to learn how to play drums one day (Hmm… I think I better master my jazz piano and guitar first)
